Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (see below for details).
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Fly Sprays and Insect Repellents (due to safety and hygiene reasons)
- Electrolytes and Salt (consumable products)
- Feed and Bedding (consumable products)
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
