- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to safety, hygiene, or consumable nature:

Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number and ship to the provided address.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and process your return/exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by us.
